Found the best way to shake up the league and coaching staffs. Switch Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Jeff Garcia, and Tony Romo to WR's right before the first game. This led to Tom Moore becoming the Bears HC, Jon Gruden to the Raiders with Howard Mudd as the OC, Jason Garrett to the Redskins as HC. Also because of all the good HC candidates Gary Hammermill was available as my DC!
It's a fun way to avoid guys like Eric Mangini being hired by a different team each year as a HC. Also seems more realistic as good assistants can actually be promoted elsewhere.
Key is to not change them during preseason as they will get released and retire and to not forget to change back during wildcard round to avoid same thing.
