Head coach experience

hello all,

I'm curious on the thoughts of the amount of experience gained by ur head coach? I'm in my 5th year and have won 2 superbowls with the niners. And I'm barely a 40 overall. I have had an mvp winner on my roster and have won coach of the year but it feels like I'm BARELY getting any experience

Are you playing the games or simming? If your simming most of your games that is probably why your not gaining as much xp. I play almost every game so I gain a lot of xp but try not to beef up my coach too much otherwise its not as challenging.
