Can't wait to see this Defense on the field together. Yes that includes you too, Nick Collins.

Who do you guys think will be our Starting O-Line this season?

Right now I think it will start out as Clifton, Colledge, Wells, Spitz and Barbre but I can see Meredith coming in and starting at the other Tackle position as early as this year.

Re: Official 2009-10 Green Bay Packers Thread

I'm ready for games to start.

McCarthy said Barbre has a shot at right tackle as well as Breno Giacomini having improved. Josh Sitton will stay at guard. Mike said he is tired of the rovolving door at all the positions and wants to settle some people into one spot.

I am hearing good things about Johnson the fb. While I like Hall as a football player, I miss having a crushing fb. I guess this guy loves to block.

Re: Official 2009-10 Green Bay Packers Thread

Ahh so Sitton is pretty much a lock at Guard and either Spitz or Wells will be starting at Center. So basically the only position that NEEDS to be filled is RT since it's almost a lock that Tauscher isn't coming back.

Yeah, Sitton will almost certainly be the RG, and Spitz the Center, if there are not significant injuries.

if johnson is good enough I could see Kuhn getting cut, unless they keep him for special teams

Re: Official 2009-10 Green Bay Packers Thread

I was going to post this yesterday but couldn't find it anywhere. Even Packers.com didn't have it up til today.

The pack signed Jamarko Simmons as one of its free agents this year. He Broke Jennings records at W. Michigan for yards and receptions.
