Don't need a twitter for that. I can tell you about the exRaven. He's fast... very fast. The end.

Seriously though, he was a decent return man until he got popped once and then seemed to be scared. He may bounce back from that. I don't see him ever as a seroius WR threat but you never know.

Yeah, pretty much. If he's expected to be a punt returner he could be useful. It's another question of the Raider management doing the right thing... we'll see. I'm sure he was very cheap though, so probably not a big deal either way.
