I've noticed that, but these were 2 really uncomfortable wins. We may only win ~5 more games the rest of the season, less if we can't get more consistent production out off the offense.

I've got season tickets and I'm extremely excited for the rest of the season. The Chiefs looked awfully good yesterday. They did everything that they wanted to against the 9ers. This team is going to go as far as the d/st and running game takes them. Cassel just needs to not cost them the game. I can see the Chiefs going 10-6 on the year. I predict they beat Buffalo, Jacksonville, Arizona, Seattle, sweep Oakland, and split with Denver. They have a very real shot of winning the division already have a 2 game lead.

Pretty excited about the Breaston signing. He should be able to come right in and help the team since he's already played in the Haley system before.

I'm also excited for calling the WR corps the "Killers Bs" (Bowe, Baldwin, Breaston)

I really want to say they can flirt with a .500 record but...I just can't bring myself to say it.

Things just feel different this so far. I said it in the week 1 thread but they need to find the "fire" they played with last season. Haley's temper only works if the team is at least competitive. You think those players care about him yelling at them if they are getting dominated in every facet of the game? They don't.

Something needs to change, and quick. If we can't muster an OK record the first half of the season, then we are almost doomed for a top 10 pick in the draft and the hassle of a coaching change.

I've got them at 7-9. Wins over Minnesota, @Indy, San Diego, Miami, Denver x2, and Oakland.
