2k10 editor possible?

I know back in the day editors for previous 2k entries were made. The eternal question is would anyone be willing to take on decoding 2k10 and creating an editor for it? A program for that game would be amazing

There is a Santa after all! Now I do know there is a red editor for the mlb and nba 2k games. Hopefully one for nhl 2k would be similar to the nhlview. Flyingfinn you're my hero

One unwritten rule is that you don't wanna ask someone who is possibly completing a major task for free about updates. If it happens, it happens and the volunteer will post updates if they want to.

I sent a few emails back and forth with KingJavo. He mentioned he could possibly look into an editor for NHL 2K10, but it would have to be worth his while. What are you guys willing to donate to him to get this started and going?

How many would be interested in helping him get it going?

I have read this post in the last few days about 20 times trying to figure out how to answer. I was excited, then deflated, then excited and deflated......

I want in on this but I know deep down that I am prob not going to play this much anymore. I am interested in helping out I think the "make it worth their while" time frame has passed. But for nostalgia, the time investment I spent on this game testing and crushing beers leaves me attached and willing to donate. BUT..

Not being a dink, but we've been asking for help for YEARS and no one would help. So I take this as the business is slow because there is no need for a Xbox One or PS4 editor now because I don't believe those files have been decrypted yet, heck, the xbox one saves are safe and sound in the cloud (another story for another day, love the convenience but hate not having a save in my house).

I have to say I spent more time playing, editing, testing 2k10 than any other game. So I am in with support of this but in my opinion the monetary exchange for this project to someone willing to help has passed. My selfish questions are (without sounding ungrateful, which I am, but my deflated part says, too late): Where were the offers 8 years ago? Why are there offers now?

Sorry for the long message. This is hands down my favorite hockey game of all time. It may even be my favorite game of all time. Long story short, I am in to support for the pure love of this game that I really don't play anymore but would really appreciate those that offer to realize this community has put in hundreds and hundreds of hours of roster updates, attribute testing, slider testing, etc. If they wanted money, they could have made a killing...............7 years ago.

Because that is largely frowned up in the gaming world. And I have never understood why. Same as for rosters. I think that if a person's time to do the work merited donations from others than so be it. But, like baseball, there's been this unwritten rule about it. So it's hard to criticize someone for not coming forward.
