2018/19 NHL 2K10 Rosters XBOX 360

So I'm not too new here and I've gotten to use the 15/16 rosters before, but I stepped away for a while. How do I put the 18/19 rosters in like I was adding in my first roster? I've tried using Horizon but that just freezes up on me. I thought I got modio to get it working, but still no. Could anyone tell me a quick, "so-easy-a-caveman-can-do-it" guide to get it to work?

I'd love to help out in a way, but the game freezes with the new rosters I tried the previous version and it worked, until I tried to edit the rosters. Do you guys edit the rosters in the game or outside of it?

So guys I've checked in on this community for awhile but now have finally gotten my hands on another copy of the game can somebody explain to me how I download this and then transfer it over onto my 360 for use? I never really done anything like this.
