Dressed or Undressed THAT is the Question

Ok, so im getting better at faceoffs. YAY!

However a new question has arised. So I'm playing franchise, signed a FA for the Flames (yeah I'm sucking wind here, 0-4-1). Got the rosters cool so ive got 23 in NHL, and 27 in the minors.

Buuuuut how do you dress a guy? I cant find where, or maybe which button to push on whatever screen to dress and scratch my dudes. Like I said its been a few years since I bought a hockey game lol.

There is no scratch dress option this year. All you have to do is swap the scratched player for the dressed player in the edit lines section. When you do this they swap their status. The active guy becomes scratched and the scratched you sub in takes his place on all the lines he was on.

Yeah this is one of those things that I think became more confusing then it needed to be. It was meant to be easy to swap dressed/scratched players in and out of the lineup, so they just replace each other on all the lines. You're not the first person to ask how to dress/scratch players so that in my mind that indicates a problem.

DANG! That is easy lol. I just couldnt find it in the manual, on the 2k forums, i even googled for it...lol.

no sweat Shadow. I didnt realize it was THAT simple. so after i switch a guy in for a game, next time i look at the lines itll say hes dressed? At least til I sub him out again? Shadow, just FYI, I havent picked up Hockey in like 3 yrs...i even got my non-hockey roomie addicted to my game. I like it. Good game dude(s).

However, we can't double shift a player anymore because of this...
