Try these settings:

Change teams in game to the cpu's or set up ahead of time in the strategies the dump and chase settings to "very high" for all non PK lines.

Put cpu 1 timers on 100.

I don't know if this makes a difference or not, but put the cpu's line change on semi-auto.

I seem initially to be getting less cpu shots from the FO circles..... and stupid shots they are.
