in the emulator go to OPTIONS- Hacks (tab) and uncheck the "Store EFB copies to Texture Only". Restart the emulator/game.

It will make the crowd look full (still 2D tho), increase the pressure on CPU quite significantly during the gameplay, but it will fix your issue with the black textures in the menu.

If I disable the moving crowd entirely, how much more speed do we get?


I think, since this is a PC game and we all have different specs perhaps we could compile a list in order what changes to disable and in about how much performance gain one could expect.
This way we can improve performance without ruining the gameplay changes.

For real, I shouldn't have to overclock my processor to play this mod.

I can run GTA V 60fps and can't run this, it sucks.

Since it was possible to make it run only in 60fps, would it be possible to make a hack that sets it always at a stable 30? Will that effect your animation changes?


What I would like is give the option of a little toned down version that enables the game to be enjoyed by more people until emu or hardware catches up. That way perhaps we can start a community around this game?


More mods, like specific players, faces, rosters, tools to edit the game etc.

Well since it is an emulated game on steroids, it will use a lot of resources...
