I picked up 2k8 recently and was looking for some sliders to fix some of the out-of-the-box problems that plagued this game. All the old hockey gaming sites are gone. I tried the wayback machine with no luck. Even the sliders page here on this website has disappeared. Some of the setups, Venom's especially, were very popular and I'm sure someone has them. Snowdrift or any of you guys who still play 2k8? What do you guys use? In the meantime I'll mess around with the sliders on my game and share if I come up with anything decent. This seems to be the last place left for discussing these old 2k games.

Unfortunately I don't think I have Venom's sliders. If anyone still has them for 2K8 it would be great to repost them.

Thanks a lot snowdrift for the quick response. I had already turned up ice friction, in the hopes that it would help make the skating feel a little more realistic, especially turning / starting & stopping. I will definitely try the fatigue settings - I had been hoping to find those.Comment
