As tinpanalley stated in the other thread, the most "realistic" sliders are likely going to be what you create because there's a level of subjectivity when it comes to what we all consider "realistic".
That said, I've been working on my own set that started with VeNOM's All-Star sliders, but then bumped down to Pro after reading some advice from o6 (original6). I couldn't find o6's slider sets (they were on the now defunct 2khockey forums), but did the best I could keeping some of the suggestions in mind.
Again, I find this to give me a realistic game, but it may not be for you. For me I needed this to be on Pro so you still get pressured at the points, but have much more time and space compared to All-Star. There's a good amount of shots that still miss the net, while not completely nerfing shot accuracy, especially from the point, leading to about 20-25 shots a game for each team on average. The game speed was also bumped up to prevent issues with breakaway speed, and the speed burst was changed accordingly. Lastly, the fatigue was tweaked to force the CPU to use their 4th liners, and I feel that the time on ice is pretty good all things considered.
