Reply to What Is This Thing???It appears as though its some sort of buoy but it's too large and at least where I am buoys are indicated by color as of which direction you are to go. ex. Green means you move to the right Red means move to the left of the buoy. So, it must have been a part of a ship or possibly it was marking a spot...04-01-2011, 09:41 PM -
