I saw this game was available on Game Pass and thought it looked unique. Man, this is a cool *** experience! The stop motion is different so it grabs your attention. But the story and lore are something else. And the music. The music perfectly captures the Southern Folk vibe. I thought I'd play for a few minutes and then close the game forever. I've been on this thing all day.
What's really interesting for me is that this isn't Norse or Greek or Japanese or any of the other mythos games usually borrow from. Between movies and games I feel like I know those stories in and out. More than anything this just feels fresh and new and I want to know more about this world.
If you have Game Pass this is a rock solid and unique experience.
