Re: Battlefield 2: Bad Company and Battlefield 1943 announced

My PS3 is unaffected because it's only a few months old, at least I guess that's why it's fine. But almost everyone on my friends list is down right now. So, it looks like I'll only have one friend to play this with come tomorrow. Nice job, Sony...

Any chance I get this game tomorrow without a pre-order?

Yeah, dude, pre-orders are a joke...

To elaborate, it always amazes me when people think they NEED to pre-order to get a game. After working in a GS, pre-orders in general are a huge scam. You could walk into almost any store tomorrow and get this game or The Show, with little to no problems.

EDIT- Still wouldn't be able to play it if you have a PS3 though...

But you lose nothing at all by preordering. Plus, if you are going to trade games in... why not preorder?

I plan on going into GameStop at lunch and trading in Madden 2010 and Fight Night Round 4. They said they would give me $27 for Madden and $13 for FN (that's with the extra 50%). I might try this one places who buys games back and see what they offer me. They are always better than GameStop.

There's supposed to be a storm up where I am and hopefully it doesn't delay my amazon order. Actually, the PS3 isn't even working, so I wouldn't mind.
