My first impressions of this game was great. As I'm backing against a wall while trying to clear a room someone blows out the wall behind me. That did it for me...just awesome!

I feel the same way. I liked the beta, and thought the retail would be stellar, but it is beyond that. I hope a few more maps and game modes will eventually get thrown into the mix via DLC.

I can't decide if I should buy this or save up for FIFA World Cup 2010. I'm not too hot on the demo, but I loved the first game and the old Battlefield games.

If you loved BC1 you won't be disappointed. This game is much better in every conceivable way.

I can't say enough how impressive the sound is. The echoes when I'm in a building sound so nice. I'm so impressed with the sound.

Completely agree. The sounds are so impressive, it's part of the reason the game just feels so...realistic. Between hearing explosions and gunshots echo from far away to the reloading when in a building...it's incredible.
