I have 11hrs in and squad up every time and I heard only two people talk. It's ridiculous.

I've heard more people talk, but I will admit that I fall into the "quiet" trap when no one is talking. I think I'm going to start talking more (even if to myself) just to see if that gets more people talking.

nice thing is after you do it,,, you can switch back to your own kit as it stays laying on the ground... I do the same thing with ammo, I pick up a dead assault kit, drop an ammo pack and re pick up my kit and rearm.

wait until you get the scopes for it.

Does anyone else have server/connection issues with this game? My goodness. I don't own the game and can only play it when I'm at a friends, but the servers drop like every 20 minutes. I don't know if it's my friends connection or what the deal is. But it's a tad bit on the annoying side to say the least.

I talk to my team even if they do not have mics. It helps tons because sometimes I can see enemies they cant and I will call them out. Also if I am in the tank and see a guy I let them know so they can concentrate on that area.

Re: Battlefield 2: Bad Company and Battlefield 1943 announced

I don't know about you guys but this game is bringing back so many Battlefield (2) memories for me. I've been playing Conquest exclusively for the first few days, it's amazing how things haven't really changed at all.

People still hop in a vehicle and speed off as soon as the round starts, leaving half the team to walk to the nearest point.

Guys still jump in choppers and proceed to take off, only to drift backwards or flip completely upside down and crash into a cliff.

Medics still run into tank firefights like rambo because they MUST save their fallen comrade, no matter the consequences.

Grenade Launcher still being spammed.

Snipers still sit halfway across the map as the opponent takes the point.

There's still that one guy on your team who makes it his sole mission to get into the other teams base, stealing there tanks, choppers, and generally pissing the other team off in the process.

Only thing that's missing is Dolphin Diving. Good times.

you really don't have to talk anyways. The spot feature replaces telling people where the enemy is.
