I was in there with you guys You talking about pure Pwnage -- it was a complete massacre, lol. Tonight was my first game online and first FPS on PS3 so I'm still trying to get my bearings, but next time you're on shoot me a friend request so we can set up a squad with fellow OSers.

Liking online a lot more than I first did. A few notes (good and bad):

- Snipers are much more fun to play as once you unlock the mortar.

- The maps are still too narrow. Anyone remember classics like Backstab on BF2 360? Sure, the guts were small but the wide open plains were great for vehicles, long trecks to flags without being noticed or snipers hiding.

- Still no prone for snipers? Come on now...

- Some taller buildings that are only accessable by parachuting out of a chopper like the old BF games would have been nice.

- The 'spot an enemy' (SELECT on PS3) button is a great option.

- I like that vehicles aren't overpowering, yet still useful.

- It's annoying that so many modern games take steps backward from their predecessors. We are so quick to attack the sports games on this forum for the same thing, yet why don't we do the same for others? Simple things like actually seeing the current available games/servers/ping strength used to be in older BF titles. Even 1943 made it easier to join friends games.

To get the pin you need 1 attack and 1 defend order in the match. So you can only get it in Conquest

I thought I had read somewhere that this was a scheduled maintenance for last night. They were supposed to put a message on the lower right hand corner of the title screen, I guess they didn't.
