I agree. It is a fun mode as a change of pace, but it makes ranking up very slow. Once I unlock everything though, I will probably spend more time playing it.

loving the multiplayer so far, not going to list all the things I like about it but I do have some complaints.

First, the infinite mortar strikes have got to go. I've pretty much been playing rush and it's ridiculous how snipers can just spam mortar strikes on a capture point to get destruction 2.0.

Also, I don't like how you can only communicate with squad members. This would be a good idea if the different squads had different objectives. But we're going for the same objective, yet I can't tell my teammate in the tank to slow down so I can repair his tank, or yell at the snipers on my team to spot more people, or call a guy out for taking the helicopter by himself, or call out another guy who is using the UAV but isn't spotting anybody, etc.

Although I see your point about being able to talk to everyone on your team, I think having 12 people talking at the same time could also be a problem.

THey should do what the BF2 games on PC do and have the ability for a commander to give simple attack/defend orders to squad leaders.

well I guess beyond the simple attack orders, I think most of my frustration stems from not being able to call out teammates who are doing dumb things or not being able to help the guys that need it.

They could also just have an AoE chat for team and have squad chat.

AoE? Area of Effect or proximity? I think proximity chat would be perfect.
