Use the VSS as an assault rifle for levels you can't really get good sniper perches. Or perhaps during conquest.

Exactly, it's so you can use some of the sniper rifles more like battle rifles. I wouldn't stick the ACOG or RDS on the M24 or M95 but on say the T88 it makes for a different type of weapon. Not for everyone's play style but it's a useful change in certain circumstances.

I'm a "random" but I always join a squad whenever I join a game and try not to lone wolf it and adjust to the team if they are somewhat knowledgeable.

When it comes together this game is a blast. Played a game as the attackers on Arica Harbor. It started off slow and we almost screwed it up but were able to destroy the first 2 MCOMs with 4 tickets left. After we got down to the town we just mowed them down. The game felt like REAL modern warfare, our squad was spawning on each other, we were running thru town hiding behind walls and ducking into buildings. After taking the town MCOMs we were able to push across the bridge and into tr industrial area pretty easily.

It was definitely my best game overall. Played mostly as a medic healing the squad, ended up with a score of 4475 and had 30 kills and 20 deaths.

How many maps are we supposed to get with the LE when they release and was there a date set yet?

Yeah, they're just unlocking the maps for other modes. Looking forward to some Conquest on Arica Harbor
