Yep, thats why I haven't played as much as I use to. Unless I see guys on my friend list already playing I don't even bother. I hate playing with people that care more about their KD ration then actually playing.

jistic, great games last night. we absolutely crushed them in those back 2 back games. i had to hop off early though...early work day for me this morning.

Yeah that first server we were on was bad. But that second one we owned. That last defense on Valdez was comical. We did crush. I even got a rare Ace pin cuz with Ohio not being around.

My take on Recon/Snipers:

When you're no a team where everyone's sniping but nobody's taking obj's, it's very frustrating. I usually quit to find a better game.

However if a sniper is doing a good job most people won't even notice it. I don't snipe much at all, my stats will back that up. I just find it too boring. I will however switch to recon mid battle if we need it for whatever reason. But there has been times when I've seen a team mate taking an objective and right when he was about to get popped, BOOM I'm an angel on his shoulder.

He was 1 second away from dieing, but just didn't know it. A sniper SHOULD stay back for the most part. There are exceptions, but that's playing the kit.

Actually what's annoying me MORE is the 1 Billion medics. Everyone goes medic cuz it's real easy to get the most points AND they have killing power. I think the class is just over powered period. So now when I play everyone is medic. I hate those ****ers with their porn staches and their big MG's.

It might help if they had a real team deathmatch mode.

it's not just people sniping that do this. Since I'm almost always a sniper I was baffled one time that I was the only recon, yet no one else was interested in disarming station's on defence. Like at least all those other engineers, assualt, medic's have better weapons for being out in the open to disarm. Usually if I see 2 or 3 assault/medic types going to disarm I will hang back but only to try my best to keep them alive picking off people waiting to kill the disarmers...I will always go if there no people going for it or only one, but the class isn't ideal for doing it, so when I'm on a team loaded with assault guys and no one defends, that's when I really scratch my head.

On some maps I switch to engineer or medic and camp near stations with a shotgun.

It is getting to the point where I'm not really playing anymore...and maybe I'll just not care either...I mean if no one else gives a ****...then???? or just go on a team kill spree lol

this is very true. i also hate how i get killed then revived in the middle of a firefight with bullets and explosions all over the place only to die before my player can even move. this makes no sense and people are obviously just going for points instead of clearing the area first.
