I'm pretty sure they fixed that. His post reflected on the fix of weapons. They released a patch log for pc stating that building has been fixed.
from the complaints (PC version) the AN94 is the new M60...lol

when are they going to release the new skins? i thought i read somewhere that the Dr.Pepper promo was up...

Oh man, my type 88 got a damage boost too! I love using that gun, I thought it was fine the way it was. I won't complain about the damage boost though.

Just wanted to add again how annoying it is to be sniper from halfway across a map by a freakin' shotgun!

Now I know nothing about guns and their capabilites but surely a shotgun is close range only? Even the pistols can shoot long distance in the game.

Shotguns in real Life have a decent range(slug), The Mossburg 500 For Example has a effective range up to 40M.

Here's how to get the Dr.Pepper DLC, and it worked, just tried it. You have to copy the link to the claim prize button, otherwise it won't work. Four different accounts, I just made complete fake emails and everything. Better than paying $6 for them. This is only 360 BTW (right now anyway, as these aren't available for the PS3 yet).

The 4 universal codes are as follows.
CBEEAAA41NWH
CBEEAAAE4L9N
CBEEAAAFQG9J
CBEEAAAE98ZV

Now, You can use the codes for BC2
You will need to make 4 different Dr.Pepper accounts.
Try using Internet Explorer as trouble has been reported with firefox and chrome.

1. Create a new Dr.Pepper account
2. Enter the Universal Code
3. right click the claim now button and click copy link
4. Put link into your web browsing bar thing.
5. Change the =4 at the end of the bar to =3. (if it's already a =3 change to =4)
6. Hit enter
7. Claim whatever prize you want
8. Repeat 1-8 until desired amount of prizes.

I DO NOT take credit for this find. Credit is due to poster Oreopatch from the following Bad Company 2 Official forum. http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/505226.page
