Battlefield 2: Bad Company and Battlefield 1943 announced

It's still sitting on my shelf and I haven't played it in a while, but it has nothing to do with the reason I quit playing MWF2. I don't hate or even dislike the game the least bit, I just need some more game modes.

I'm holding on to it, but I hope they release some nice content before another shooter comes along and takes my mind off of it.

There's supposed some DLC this month; a new co-op mode against AI called Onslaught.

The new achievements are from the DLC they released recently. You gotta buy the DLC to get them.

After the patch I don't seem to have lag anymore. Don't know if its just me though.

I am on the PS3 and since the patch I haven't had much lag as well. I see a little from time to time but not near as much or as bad as their was before the patch. I hope this continues as lag has been the #1 reason I haven't played as much as it is just to frustrating.

Played on Xbox last night...no lag!! The game is so much more enjoyable without the lag. I'm very happy its fixed hope it stays that way. Now all I need is some new maps.

On June 9th, VIP Map Pack 3 (free unless you didn't get it new with the VIP code) will be available bringing new modes to Nelson Bay and Laguna Alta.
Nelson Bay gets Squad Deathmatch mode.
Laguna Alta gets Squad Rush mode.
