How exactly do the DLC skins work? Are they just skins for each designated class?

When you select your class there is like Assault+, which is just the assault class with a slightly different color pants and shirt etc. Same with the guns. Just the same gun but painted a different color.

Considering you rarely see what your guy looks like (aside from dieing and 3rd person view on ATV's) I say no.

Yeah, but don't you get to see your gun with a slightly different look? I honestly don't even know what the DLC skins look like. If the colors are hardly different than I won't bother paying.

I agree plus you get more benefit seeing someone else wearing it as you rarely see yourself. Too me they should be free but nowadays they try and nickel and dime you anyway they can.
