unfortunately, this is what happens when you have developer that is overstretched. You have DICE working on the Multi on MOH as well as this. Dont forget secretly you have to think they are developing Battelefield 3 on the PC too.

Well it looks like EA has started pulling back the curtain a bit to reveal what's in store for the Vietnam expansion.

This looks really good, might be getting this. It all depends on how much MoH sucks me in.

As for price points, I don't see this listed yet. My guess is 800-1600 MS points for this DLC. I have the DLC for Onslaugh Mode, which was 800 points, but the maps are the same. As this is a new game mode + new maps, I am leaning more toward 1600 MS points.
