That's to combat that ridicuous dolphin diving that other games have. I understand the decision to do it.

Any chance that either Strike at Karkand or Kubra Dam makes a return?

Doubt it since both maps are from BF2 hopefully they bring those maps to BF3...

Aww, I think Kubra Dam would be an awesome map in the BC world.

Strike at Karkand would be just as chaotic. I don't think you can ever understand the true meaning of noob-tubing unless you've played Strike at Karkand with 64 players.

Anyways, I'm still torn on this. I WANT it because it's Battlefield (same reason I bought both Bad Company's) but I don't know if I will play it for an extended period of time.

Karkand was the most epic nade spamming map of all time. But it was so damn fun.

So true. Just imagine that first Hotel flag trying to be capped in BC. The entire hotel would come down in less than a minute with the amount nades that get spammed in the beginning of the round.

So whats the best game mode to play. I love deathmatch games but in this one it feels so spread out and its always just a mad dash for the tank and that dude just blows all the buildings down. Kinda cheap.

New Maps are awesome, brought back Oasis and Harvest Day 2 great ones from BC1. I would highly recommend picking this back up if you haven't already. They also did a patch that has made it a lot harder for the C4 spammers on MCOM stations (it doesn't do near the damage it used to and they placed a bunch of them outside the buildings now so there is no more Destruction 2.0 spammers. It's a much better game, had some great rounds last night.

Also to the guy that doesn't like the snipers being able to go prone, to me that's one of the great things about this game. Without that snipers would dominate and you would never find them.
