I don't think the launchers have as much of an impact as using the damage upgrade as a perk -- it also depends on what part of the tank you hit.

Usually two, one for a chopper unless they're using the perk.

Just use C4 or Mines. =)

Ok, I don't use this class much, so that's why I'm asking.

Other than painting a helo with a tracer, is there an easier way to lock onto a chopper and blow it outta the sky? Or do I always need to keep that orange box on the chopper to shoot it down? It's so impossible for me to hit one with any of the RPG's available.

Don't bother with that garbage. Use the Carl and learn how to lead your shot. Once you figure it out you'll be dropping multiple choppers every round.
