Battlefield 2: Bad Company and Battlefield 1943 announced

Ugh. When I first started playing this game a week ago, I loved playing as defense in Rush. People worked together and threw themselves at stations. They played like they have unlimited lives and not like they're worried about K/D.

Now, it seems that I hardly ever find people who want to defend. Nobody even attempts to disarm and well placed attackers are able to pick myself and the few others off who make an effort.

So, now I look forward to attacking, because once again nobody barely defends. I still like the concept of defending more, though. Unlimited lives and you spawn where you need to be. Plus, the whole idea of just chewing away at their tickets is great.

Oh well. Back to the game.

Yeah, the best and worst part of the game is the teamwork. If you have one really cohesive 4-man squad you can make up for most of the deficiencies when those types of issues arise.

After finally understanding the rules of Conquest, I just played two full games and I'm even more hooked on this game than I already was. The joy of capturing a base with seven other people taking fire is so great. Plus, it's a whole different wonderful feeling to capture a base on your own and practically be invisible.

Sorry I dropped last night boys, my battery died. I figured it was a sign to get my *** to bed anyway. The excitemen of Laguna Presa was too much to handle.
