Assault: M416 is the best. Flare gun (or 1911). Extra grenades or Lightweight, Magnum rounds and smoke grenade launcher. If the map is a long distance map then use the An 94.

Engineer: Ump with flare gun. Start the game off with anti-tank mines then at first death switch to Carl. Carry improved explosives and extra explosives.

Medic: Meh all the weapons blend together. Just use the MG3 if the map is close quarters.

Sniper (Don't play this class unless you are going to use the VSS as like a silenced smg with the motion mines).

Those are my opinion the best guns per class as they don't require reflex sights or scopes. Once I got plats on those guns I've started working on the others.

If you are new I would suggest the XM what ever assault rifle. It has really easy sights to use and kills well enough.

Scar works fine for engineer.

I mainly play as assault,but I do mix up my weapon selection based on maps,as well as how many vehicles are present.

With high vehicle traffic
Assault-870 shotgun,with c-4,slugs and magnum ammo

With others...
Assault -m16 with either rds or acog,40mm grenade launcher,magnum ammo.

I have been experimenting with other weapons,such as the g3....but I find I ALWAYS end up going back to my "ol standbys"

Almost forgot....my secondary in both setups is the 1911 pistol.

It doesn't seem to be as overpowered, to me at least. Another sign that it might be toned down is that I don't see many Medics running around with it much anymore.

Nope,they all come with the vip code.
I will admit you DID get lucky since you got a used copy and it still had the code,but as far as limited or standard edition,they both come with the vip code.

I had traded in my special edition copy due to lack of maps,then had bought it again (regular edition) and it also came with the vip code....as a matter of fact the console still recognized the original code,so I didn't have to use the code that came with my rebought copy.

I think the pre-order code was a promo from Gamestop to get some early guns or something to that effect. As far as the vip code,that comes with the new game already,so you did get lucky since you got it used,and had the code in it.

Does it ever say your team loss when you won?

It said at the end our team loss, but the team we played in Rush only set out one M Com station the whole game.
