Re: Medal of Honor to go Modern

OMFG! What am I gonna do with myself?? FPS is really starting to heat up again. Wow, with this, Black Ops, the next Battlefield and CODMW entries plus whatever the former IW members release under their new imprint, looks like I'm gonna have a hard time dividing my time between these games. Wow.

EDIT - Also i LOVE the sound, seems like they are using the same sound design as Battlefield...good choice. Everything sounded so rich and clear.

This looks pretty cool. The only thing that I don't like though are the seemingly recoil-less guns.

Re: Medal of Honor to go Modern

The weapon customization looks pretty sweet.

At first the score chain thing just sounded like a lame renaming of kill streaks but after reading a little more about it it sounds like it rewards you more for racking up kills in a short period of time. Which should force the action a little more and discourage camping.

But in the end I think Dice's obsession with teamwork may kill this game for me. If there isn't a straight up TDM I'll probably just stick with MW2. Because IGN first calls Team Assault a TDM mode but then goes on to describe it and it sounds a lot more like Domination to me. Which is probably my second least favorite mode in MW2 behind HQ.

haha thats exactly what I said. It literally looks like a mash up of the two games.

I would imagine seeing there was a TDM in Battlefield that there will be one in this game as well.

I kno what you mean tho and I hope they add a free for all type mode or like 2 v 2 v 2 v 2 in this game.

Re: Medal of Honor to go Modern

So the only way to get into the beta is to pre-order?
