Re: Destiny

Since the relic parts are different from the rest of the game (outside of the Sword of Crota), for anyone that has not done the raid yet, here are the controls:

Grenade button: Shield/Cleanse field
Melee button: Light melee
Shoot button: Heavy melee
Super button(s): Super projectile similar to the warlock's nova bomb. Can be used on the ground or in the air.
Jump + Shoot buttons: Ground slam

Re: Destiny

Received the bounty for Super Good Advice this morning. Completed it in about 45 minutes. Easily the simplest exotic bounty to complete.

It also helps that I got lucky and found the Mournful Gun on Mars on like my third chest. I completed the 500 machine gun kills on Venus in no time at all at the farming area. It was 3 points toward the 500 with precision kills, and with the Swarm, it only took one precision shot to down everything.

He gave me the Heart of the Praxis Fire. The one thing I really could use. Now I have to choose between the Cuirass and this.

The amount of backtracking and double talk from bungie is amazing. They refuse to give matchmaking to the raid because 6 random players can't be cohesive enough to complete it yet they go and randomize the encounter to break up any cohesiveness that is formed. Which is it? It's making it harder to continue to like this game when everything they say is backasswards to what they do.
No matchmaking in raid is a god sent.

I disagree because for people like me that don't have 5 other friends that play this game, I would like to have matchmaking so I could try it when I'm ready.

Also, thoughts on the Light Beyond Nemesis Warlock Helmet? I think it looks awesome, I might be able to get it today. I need 7 more strange coins, I can probably get one from a drop or in the Crucible today and then if I do the Weekly Strike on Lvl 26 I can get the other 6.

Thank you for this! This will come in handy when I attempt my first raid.

Re: Destiny

I don't think matchmaking is right for the raid, but it needs an in game lfg system. Make it so you can enter the lfg for raid, then a team of at least 4 can pull in lfg gamers based on their stats (so the team could say a warlock at least level 27 and it would pair people up). Depending on external sites for that sort of thing is a giant PITA.
