Just picked this game up for the One, how would you guys Recommend playing through, doing the main story first then the side quests or mixing it up?

I have been mixing it up. I am really starting to enjoy it. Once the city opens up it gets good.

Agreed. I played for four hours last night and now that I have my bearings, this game is excellent.

Especially when that major spoiler happens. The writing is top notch.

How fun is it to glide into a mob and in your glide chuck batarangs/gadgets. Damn! That's so cool.

Re: Batman: Arkham Knight

Updating your gun and making drone turrets explode when they try to shoot you is cool as hell. The dive bomb shock wave attack is pretty cool as well. The best looking move I pulled off though was when a car tried to run me over and Batman landed on the hood of the car. The car was still driving and he punched through the windshield, pulled the passenger out, then pulled the driver out, flipped off the moving car and the car crashed into a wall.

I wish you could use your disruptor rifle on everybody and had way more bullets though. Batman sniper would have been cool as hell. Super glide big air is awesome. You literally can fly damn near half across the city.

Re: Batman: Arkham Knight

Like I said earlier, you have to explore for some of the side missions to progress. They don't do a very good job of telling you this, and that's where the problem lies.

There's certain "checkpoints" in the story where Alfred or someone will pop up and say there's new intel but for the most part once you get about halfway through the story, you can start knocking out a lot of the side missions on your own, like the search for the firefighters, the Firefly missions, etc.

It's funny because it's also one of the game's strong suits IMO. You always have something interesting to do and there's a lot of variety. One second you can be investigating the case of the dead bodies with opera music, the next you can be chasing down some of Arkham Knight's guys in the Batmobile, etc.

Out of all the Most Wanted, Asreal's ending was the best. Hell his ending was better then the 100% completion ending.

Re: Batman: Arkham Knight

Just picked this up today.

Does the Dlc intertwine with the story or should I do that after completing?
