Personally, I think a Wonder Woman game would be more fun.

Anyway, Origins is a fantastic game that doesn't get enough credit for having the best narrative of the series. It is a little rough around the edges, but without knowing their dev cycle/time compared to the main games I can't fault them too much.

What was the last Superman game? Last one I played was for N64. They voted that as the worst game of all time.

I was thinking that as well lol. The N64 version is the last one I can reallly think of. But there were 2-3 PS2/Xbox/Gamecube versions after the N64 one and last one was in 2006 Superman Returns.

Superman game would have to done right and those previous games couldn't do in right in past. Maybe next gen with more powerful CPU and hopefully better game direction, we could get a quality Superman game. I don't think we could have gotten a quality game with current and past gen consoles. His powers, especially super fast flying, would have been hindered by past hardware.

I'll check those out in a few. The problem with a Superman game. It's because it's ****ing Superman. First coming up a story line. And then how the hell do limit how powers?

That's the issue with a Superman game. With Batman and Spiderman, they are powerful but clear limitations. Superman doesn't have clear limitations outside of Kryptonite. Regular villains shouldn't be able to be a challenge for Superman like they would with Spiderman and Batman. Unless they have kryptonite weapons, most villains won't be a match for Superman. With SSD and more powerful CPU, his powers would look more believable. You'll have to limit his powers so he isn't overpowered, but still feel like Superman. Then need a quality believable Superman story.

I've always said. Give him his full powers. Open world. Keep kryptonite to bosses. But let you destroy everything. Build it like a stealth game.

I just found this video lol.

Re: Batman: Arkham Knight

I think a Superman game would work if it was a very tight narrative with linear action set pieces (obviously the bigger the better). Heck, even give me some Clark reporter sleuthing.

I'm not sure an open world game would be interesting playing as Supes. It would seem like overkill to handle muggers, bank robbers, etc like Spider-Man does. And if you filled Metropolis with super-powered villains then that, too, would be overkill and redundant.

I say good luck to who ever attempts.

I think of Hulk video games lol. I think you used a keep word. Redundant... The beginning is nice. But it gets boring quick lol. Smash smash smash lol
