Easily the best Download Title of the year on either network (PSN or XBLive). For $20 it's well worth the price tag. I'm having a heck of a fun time playing with my wife and randoms. Since this not simply a game that's 5hrs of story missions, you're going to get a lot more play time from it.

The way they laid out the online where it seems like you're really contributing to a war, it's reallly cool. Again, for a download title, there's a lot to it.
