Doesn't it release today with the PS Store update.

I've heard it's a cross between Starship troopers movie with demon souls difficulty. I'll be picking it up.

Yes - it releases with the PS Store update. I will be picking this up as well. I watched a few videos and it looks like a lot of fun.

Bought it while at work and can't wait to get home and try it tonight with my friend playing from his Vita. Unfortunately i also downloaded all the other free ps+ games and i wont get around to those any time soon.

Great Month for games though.

HELLDIVERS

This is a blast to play with friends. Lots of hilarious moments starting from our very first mission deployment. If you're hosting a game, I suggest you stand still until everyone lands their pods. The first 5 seconds of a game, my friend runs out and gets crushed by the last pod landing.

Only have gotten to the 3rd or 4th planet with the difficulty on medium, can't wait to see what the higher difficulties have to offer.

Played the single player last night and really enjoyed it. The mechanics are unique (especially the calling down of stratagems). Quite a bargain for just $20.

Couldn't cross platform play last night with my friend on his Vita... . Hopefully this gets fixed quickly.

Paid $7.99 due to the ps4 destiny bundle $10 psn credit that i finally used

Find me online tonight while this "cross play" gets fixed.

Looking at it again I guess you don't have time to move when you spawn. It was just bad luck with the pod placements. He got crushed as he climbed out.
