We know this is a management style game but you can also take control in your park by being part of the team/action. Interesting Dev Diary explains further;

I thought I saw it in the film above us? I also think we can zoom in and out for the camera and place it anywhere we wish. However, I believe it was the PC version I saw this on but the consoles may have this feature too.
