How does this game compare to games such as the division and destiny. I know they are all looter shooters but what about things like raids, coop, mmo aspects etc.

Well for one, Destiny is only around because of Borderlands. Its pretty much the start of shooter looters.

The differences is that none of those games have the loot table that Borderlands do. It's more arcadey but it runs with that throughout the whole game. Example being getting a shotgun that shoots like a machine gun with explosive ammo, lol. Every drop runs on a rng tsble for different things (Elemental damage, gun type, brand, etc) and that why they really do have "billions" of guns.

The whole game from start too finish has drop in coop. Every character also lvls up and you have 3 skill trees with a "ultimate power" for each individual one allowing you to distribute your points how you wish allowing you too build specific builds.

The end game in Borderlands 1 and 2 were basically increase the difficulty too grind for certain things not attainable during lower playthroughs. Borderlands 3 could change that but nothing has been said about it.

I actually missed that, thanks. I have it on Steam but would love to have them all on my PS4 in one place.

re: Borderlands 3 (September 13)

Trailer made it look like more of Borderlands 2, which is welcome since I loved BL2. Want to see how they handle DLC, since BL2 had tons of it.
