Setting team strategy
I can see other teams strategy (win now vs rebuilding) in the trade menu. How do I set my teams strategy to rebuilding and if I can do I then get trade offers of prospects when I shop my players?

You can change your teams strategy from the Front Office page. Go to team menu, then go to front office, Edit Finances, then team mode. This can only be changed in commissioner mode because of the owner sets the team focus.
