Any reason to stick with prior version?

If money isn't an issue, is there any reason for someone to stick with a prior version of OOTP, such as 18 or 19?

If your online league is still on a previous version, you'll at least want to keep it around until they move to 20.

Likewise if you're in any league with friends or otherwise playing in the same saves with people who are on an older version, keep that version around.

Otherwise, go ahead and move up and remove the older games if you'd like (after importing any saves you want to bring to 20 of course).
