While the footage looked pre-rendered, Moore promised that it was the real deal. He also stated that the development team was confident that the level of quality displayed would remain constant when the court was packed with players.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

We also got a detailed look at self-shadowing on the player model, and noticed some nicely detailed animation on dunks and shooting, which is due in part to a new skeletal and muscle system implemented for the game. These graphical bells and whistles were not all apparent to us in the realtime version of the game we saw running on the dev kit, but represent the target look for NBA 2K6.

Re: E3 2005 Movie Clips

whether or not they want it too look like that or their goal is for it to look like that, that Lebron clip wasnt footage of 2k6(like ive been sayin) cuz the game right now, the players dont even have shirts on yet

they havent gotten that far yet in the production
