OS Fact or Fiction: The Sports Are Everywhere Edition

Sports are everywhere right now. From college football (can we have NCAA Football back already?), to the NFL, to the NBA, to NHL, to College Hoops returning this past week.

Seriously its sports overload time.

So what better time to bring back the infamous, the vaunted, the epic: Operation Sports Fact or Fiction. This week we have three staff writers joining us in discussing four topics. Check them all out after the jump!

EA will keep pushing Live until something works, beit 2k drops off or otherwise. EA have plenty of funds, just not using them well atm.

Re: OS Fact or Fiction: The Sports Are Everywhere Edition

Jayson keepin' it REAL.

NHL's biggest upgrades were either a returning feature with a new look (EASHL) or presentation upgrades (mascots), which is a shame because everyone expected the first type of upgrade and the game's presentation was its one aspect that DIDN'T need an upgrade. As Jayson so adroitly stated:

"the developers haven't addressed any of their longstanding issues with AI, animation, physics, goaltending, defending, and player ratings. But hey, at least we've got mascots, superfans, and crowd signs in the game now, eh?"

Bingo.

I don't know how good NBA 2K is. But MLB the Show is for my pick for SGOY.

LMBO at the gap growing wider between NBA2k16 and everyone else. Up until this year imo anyway MLBTS has always ruled tops of the sports. Although I don't ever play soccer, so Im just going by the 3 major sports, but EA soccer looks really cool if that was my thing. But anyway, I love how the gameplay is with NBA2k16 and I do think its the best game out this year, as I do put it ahead of MLBTS15 by a tad, but lets not get carried away with giving 2k a sizable lead here either, as this is the 1st time they have ever out did The Show as far as Im concerned
