NHL 2K7 Interview Questions

Do you have any questions for the Producers of NHL 2K7? If so, post them here and I'll forward them off to the right people.

Has Crease Control been changed/improved in any way? If so, how?

Re: NHL 2K7 Interview Questions

Is the old style (TV broadcast) presentation upgraded? More stat overlays?
Is the CBA and Salary Cap added along with player contracts?
Will there be smarter trading in 2k7? (big name players were traded 3 to 4 times a season in 2k6) Is this fixed?

Re: NHL 2K7 Interview Questions

Yay, thanks Steve.

1) What specific improvements have been made to defensive AI?

2) How has the goalie shrug animation and other noted weaknesses in the goalie behavior been addressed?

3) Is the Cinemotion camera adjustable in any way in terms of distance from the ice? For instance, it appears that when play is in the "upper" zone, the blue line -- and, more importantly, the defensemen at the blue line -- are typically out of view.

Re: NHL 2K7 Interview Questions

Will you be able to turn of the fog and the breath from the players?

Have you improved the traditional broadcast style presentation?

Has the shrug been fixed, and are the goalies back to good save percentage as in the 2k6 xbox version?

THe 360 version had goalies over compensating when following attacking players instead of covering angles , has this been fixed? Goalies should cover angles, not follow player movements and thus overcompensate. In the 360 of NHL 2k6 players could go from board to the middle in the offensive zone, and then goalies would move from post to post, instead of covering closest post-> to middle of the goal.

Have there been added more "wear and tear" to the textures?

Re: NHL 2K7 Interview Questions

Is the new CBA in there , and what kind of contracts are you able to sign in NHL2k7?

What have you done to improve the franchise except the rival system?

Re: NHL 2K7 Interview Questions

Are historic players or teams playable in franchise or season modes?
Can we trade historical players onto teams as we can in NBA2k?
Are there any new historic arenas in the game?

What historic teams are in the game this year?

Fog can't be turned off, they answered this question in the 2ksports forums
