The dog days of summer are upon us and the countdown to NCAA Football still reads double digits on the day count. To pass the time, Will Soistman has come up with five games which you should check out. Funny thing is that I am by no means a soccer fan at all. But I picked up Euro 08 to play the captain your team mode and am loving it. It has actually made me a litte more knowledgable about "the beautiful game." It's pretty good game. I even DVRd the Final game.

You are dead on about MLB the Show. I'm not going to put this game on the level of NFL 2k5 or Tecmo etc....but this game is flat out fun to play. I purchased a PS3 this past Sunday after playing MLB 08 at the local Gamestop about 2 weeks ago.
