that would be a brilliant move for Sony, strip MLB 2k, Keep NBA 2K, and it would give the PS3 a absolutely dominant edge over the Xbox. This would also open the door for EA to get back into baseball as 2K would no longer have 3rd party exclusive rights.

So can someone tell me why you would buy a property such as NBA 2K and just piss it into the wind? And Gary is right; we hear this EVERY year and nothing happens. When it's more than just rumors, THEN we can start the hand-wringing.

Hey your Right It's risky you never know what Activision's gonna do.. I was just like you a few days ago before I found out Madden renewed and College renewed with ea as well. SMH I don't know what to do as of right now.

Just heard that Activision is the new publisher for Bungie.

It feels like we are headed for a future with only two major third-party publishers:

I hope they make nba 2k better for the ps2.
