E3: Microsoft Conference Sports Highlights

As sports gaming news is revealed during the Microsoft press conference, we'll post any highlights here. Not expecting much sports gaming news out of this one, we will at least will hear from the guys at Turn10 about Forza Horizon 2.

- Almost a million people per week play in the Forza Universe each week.

- Nürburgring is available to all Forza Motorsport 5 customers today for free!

- Forza Horizon 2 has over 200 cars and is built on Forza 5’s graphical engine. Day/night driving and dynamic weather in full 1080p.

- Horizon 2 Driveatar is brought straight from Forza Motorsport 5.

- Horizon 2 will feature online clubs with up to 1,000 members.

- Horizon 2 is releasing on September 30.

- Forza Horizon 2 Trailer Thoughts: The game looks absolutely pretty. Given how awesome the original Horizon was, the new Forza Horizon 2 on XB1 will be absolutely a must own for driving/racing fans. Be sure to check out our Forza Horizon 2 page for our complete coverage of the game.

And yes, that was it for sports games at the Microsoft press conference. We're expecting a very active EA press conference when it comes to sports coming up at 3 p.m. ET!
