Between licensing issues (even under the WWE umbrella, you still need to license the non-active competitors, which is basically 99.9% of the roster) and the dev team long since dissipated (so good luck on those added modes!), you might as well ask for those Back to the Future hoverboards we were supposed to have right now.

If they don't plan on fixing the issues we've seen in 2K18, the Switch would be the best place for a WWE Allstars arcade-style exclusive. I only speak for myself but I'd rather play that on the go or with friends sharing the joycons than I would a simulation-style game.
