right now it looks like

•no run commit
•1st 2 or 3 rounds have to leave (idk if that includes transfers)
•instate athlete looks to be 3-2 in favor of trying it
•no scholarship limits
•you can chew clock start of the 4th
•Sliders from Rivals
•Rules from Supporters besides what we just discussed

*in response to what Hogan said about him and Joker I agree.. I feel like people have different definitions of what sim is personally my main thing is just mixing up the play calling, routes etc.. if you do anything once or twice even if its against a rule I probably wont even mention it, but people who do the same thing over and over and over kill my joy for the game faster than anything

I like what Hogan said, but unfortunately people get way too anal about the rules and take it them literally which doesn't allow creativity like a fake punt to occur. Maybe that can be a rule that you can do a fake punt or something at your own expense?

If we are really trying to do something unique with this dynasty I say we scrap any 4th down rule. If a player has a problem with a particular 4th down call they can bring it to the attention of the commish. If that user developed a history of complaints steps can be taken.
