Simple question. One of my friends is having a problem sleeping, well has been for quite a while and I dunno what to recommend.

Me, well, I don't have trouble sleeping at all. I used to until I found a remedy...Thinking about sex (). Yep...I used to set a nice scene in my head like I was producing a porno and then when it got to the "action" I would fall right asleep. Now it's just to the point where I just fall asleep normally or when I have trouble I fall asleep just setting the scene.

And yes, I know this spells disaster for my sex life.

Think about all the pros, remove all the cons in my mind and make myself happy. I don't try to think about something that will make me excited, because if you do that it can increase your heart rate which makes falling asleep a lot harder. So, think about something that won't prevent you from falling asleep like a nightmare, or someone who threatens you with something, (lol) and you should doze off fairly quickly.

You could just hold your breath long enough so that you pass out. May not be good for you though.

I'd probably just try to calm your thoughts and maybe take some sleeping pills.

This happens to me almost every night.

I usually get up, eat, go on random sites, the occasional porn, and wind up not going back to sleep

I usually find that staring at a computer screen long enough will eventually make me sleepy.

Either that or pull some more blankets over ya. Warmth always make me sleepy.
