I think you should go twice a day if you are regular. At least once a day. I heard or read somewhere that if you are regular it should float. IDK

Whenever I get the downtown pushdowns.

Usually twice a day, but I can go 3 or 4 times a day sometimes. I also go before and after any type of work out, no matter if I have to or not.

I love taking that after big meal dump. Those are the ones where you lose like...50 pounds in a single dump.
