So far it consists of eyewitness accounts from survivors, with real actual footage of that day from body cams, camcorders, etc.

I'm watching it on Hulu, not sure where else it's available.

EDIT: I can definitely tell it's gonna be a rough watch. There's a lot of never-before-seen footage, at least stuff I hadn't seen before.
I watched this on the 10th. It was really well done. Like you said, lots of footage I had never seen before.

The video where they're filming the firefighters in the north tower and you hear the sound of people who have jumped/fallen from the tower hitting the building was disturbing

yeah, it's like a true crime fascination, you're curious about the intricacies, but the realness can be too much

I don't like going through the 9/11 stuff again, it's not easy

I don't know if it was this documentary or a different one, but I read an article about the jumpers that said initially a documentary wanted to edit out the sound, but thought it was too important. They did, however, edit some of them out to reduce the frequency.

On my vacation this weekend, I went to the OKC Memorial and Museum. That one was a little hard to get through also. I was only 4 when it happened, so most of it was new for me. They said 9/11 happened (I believe) 6 months after the OKC Museum opened. They had some FDNY stuff there because the FDNY came and helped them, and the OKCFD returned the favor 6 years later.

I was in 8th grade in homeroom. As an aside when I was in the military I deployed to Manas and worked at a bar called Pete's Place. It was named after a firefighter who died on 9/11. It had some memorabilia from him hanging up.

I was working in Asphalt and paving and I was on the job site in Plymouth Michigan and I remember a guy drove by us and said a plane hit the World Trade Center and we thought it was a small plane we had no idea until our foreman’s wife called him and told him what was going on so we turned on 950 WJR radio to make some sense of what was going on.
